Jersey Mike's Subs

I did not go to Jersey Mike's. We went to S&B's burger joint again. They are in the same strip mall, so I hope Google figures that out soon because every time I go to S&B's, they FBT to know how I liked Jersey Mike's. However, the burgers, fries and everything else we get at S&B's have been excellent.

Beats subway any day. Their chicken philly cheesesteak is my all time favorite or the number 8

As a Celiac, God bless Jersey Mike's. Making great subs is impressive. Making great gluten free subs is incredible. They make my life better.

If you like soggy bread that was placed on a wet counter wiped w/ a dirty rag, being rushed w/ your order, and the taste of rotten tomatoes then this is the place for YOU! Three employees behind the counter asked for my order before i even saw the menu--just as soon as i entered the door. They also asked what i wanted on my sandwich and that was all while the cashier was ringing me up. Needless to say i had an order for a friend, too. Mayonnaise was spread on the the bread immediately when mayonnaise wasn't even asked for. They were tipped as usual even though i'll never go there again and i don't recommend it.

jersey mikes is absolutely without a doubt the best sub sandwich restaurant. the food is amazing. always go mikes way!! im also an ex employee and working there was a blast. i loved interacting with the customers and as an ex employee i can tell you that you will get no better customer service anywhere else. except maybe firehouse subs. theyre pretty damn good too.

Sandwiches we received were good as usual. Seemed a little slow in getting them from the cook.

Big Kahuna Cheesesteak is delicious...especially if you add Bacon!

I grew up in Jersey shore, a literal stone throw away from the original location in Point pleasant and let me just tell you that Mike himself would be proud of this location. Everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and the location was clean. The staff proudly informed me of the special of the day and everyone seemed proud of the product that they served. Great job.

So, we live in Yukon and drive to this location because of many reasons. 1. Customer Service. Melissa, Cody, and the rest of the team are great!!2. I feel the ingredients and Bread taste better than Yukon. 3. They actually take the time to interact with you and make sure your Sub and Wrap is to your perfection before they wrap it up!! We really enjoy this Jersey Mikes and have been coming to this location almost two years. It is worth the drive!!

Fantastic service! The place is clean and the folks up front are friendly and ready to serve you! I would suggest eating here for lunch any time you feel like quality food and a good environment!

When did the price go up 2 dollers for the same small sandwich

Always great, I order office lunches a lot and Jersey Mike's is a well-liked choice.

Only customers in the place and still had to wait over 20 minutes for a meatball sub. The place was filthy and the three guys working were preoccupied with other things. Will not recommend to anyone! 😠

Very clean. Waitstaff were so friendly. They kept all the restaurant very clean. Food was presented in very professional way and was very tasty.

I really can't describe how the Pastrami sandwich bad it was, you can't eat the meat, it was really hard I throw it in the trash I spent $11 for nothing, I will never go back again.

The food is good at all the Jersey Mike's locations I have been too. I particularly enjoy this location because the staff is always so friendly and helpful.

Well probably one of the best places to get out there a 100 times better than those Subway sandwiches the ice fresh and they cut the meat to order can't say that about Subway

Great subs with lots of great tasting meat, only wished they had black olives as a topping.

Disappointed . We ordered a 56 & 42 Mike’s way, 2 chips & drinks. While they were grilling the meat, they put the lettuce, tomato, oil & vinegar on the bottom of the bread. They put the hot meat & cheese on top. Before I was able to start eating the sandwich, it was a soggy, sloppy mess! Disappointed & unable to eat it because it fell apart & got all over me & the table. Not sure why they made it like that, but it was a fail. It seems like every time we go there at night something like this happens. It’s great during the day— but not at night. Choose accordingly. There are at least 10 other restaurants within a mile of this place.

Great rewards program if you eat here often and buy in bulk (family lunch/dinner etc.) Bang for the buck isn't good if you can only stomach small portions

They have no idea about gluten free. I asked about the gluten free options and the "adults" stared at me like they had no brains in their heads. Completely uneducated about gluten, gluten free work areas, and gluten contamination.

Love this sub place, the food is good and i can say the potatoe salad rocks. I would say service is what u want and they are very friendly, and fast.

I’ve been here several times and had no issue. I ordered pickup and paid online a few weeks ago. I drove all the way to the place and was told when I arrived that they were out of bread. You should call people and inform them so they don’t waste their time.

Prices r high & over rated

Stopped in at 8:30pm, (they close at 9:00pm), they're out of bread? Put 3 sandwiches together with several small pieces. (It was take it or leave it).

Made to order from products sliced in front of you.

What can I say I love this place

Love Jersey Mikes great Sub with fresh ingredients served with a smile. Big plus on the addition of Stubborn soda to their fountain options

Please clean!! The soda fountain area was gross. I won't visit the location again for this reason. The food was fine but I was put off by the uncleaness. The folks were nice and service was quick.

Food is great as always but the service leaves some to be desired. The crew will stare at you for some time without even acknowledging your precebse with a simple "We'll be right with you". I was then given the same treatment by the cashier who mindlessly pecked away at the terminal for over a minute without even looking up and saying give me just a minute or anything.

I go here all the time and today was a different story, and not in the best way! I am rating it a 5 because when I go in, they already know what I want and they are attentive. The ones that I seen today was very unprofessional and was eating a cookie and trying to talk at the same time, did not wash their hands before applying gloves, got my sandwich meat wrong and with the refreshments, there was trash everywhere. The tables were a hot mess, and they needed to restock their chips. I would totally understand if they were busy but they weren't, and actually were in the back just chatting it up.
